You must pay a £50 deposit on all bookings, with the remainder of the balance payable 30 days before the start of your holiday.
The site does not allow us to make bookings consisting of all male or all female parties.
You may gain access to your chalet from 14:00 hrs on the Day of Arrival and vacate the chalet by 10:00 hrs on the Day of Departure.
Access to the chalet will be via the key safe at the chalet. The key safe code will be advised to you prior to your arrival.
"Security deposit”- At the owners discretion a security deposit of £50.00 may be charged over the rental charge as specified on the Rates page – this will be held to cover any breakages, damage to the property / inventory. Upon satisfactory acceptance by the changeover agent this amount will be refunded to you within 48 hours of you vacating the property.
Please note that if you lose your key during your stay a replacement can be arranged by contacting the changeover agent. Replacement keys provided will be subject to a payment of £10.00 and a call out fee to the agent of £20.00, thus a payment of £30.00 CASH will need to be made to the agent at the time.
The cost of your Holiday in Sunrise chalet includes FREE membership to the OASIS Cabaret club - when open.
