Although we welcome pets please do not leave your Dog(s) "Home Alone".

From 2023 season California Sands and Sunbeach holiday village are under different management although guests to Sunbeach can also use the facilities on California Sands.

As chalet owners we are members of the well-respected Facebook group that has been set up to ensure that all owners are in fact verified to be legitimate owners so that you can feel  assured that your holiday booking is secure. Visit Facebook group (“Verified Owners”)*

As part of our team we have employed a friendly and knowledgeable local agent who has wealth of knowledge of the local area and is invaluable if, for example, you lose the chalet key. Our agent will assist with the replacement of lost keys (subject to cost of new key £10 plus a call out fee of £20.00) This is payable in cash and is payable directly to the agent.
